Our prices are in Canadian dollars and are valid until October 1, 2016
Year Round Service…Most of our items are available throughout the year with the exception of a few items which are available only in the Christmas Season.
Delivery Time…Orders can be delivered within 48 hours. (Weekends and holidays excluded) As an example, orders placed over the phone or on our website before midnight Monday E.S.T. can be delivered as soon as Wednesday in the U.K.
Ordering Dates…We guarantee delivery in time for Christmas for all orders received up to and including the 19th of December. Due to the large volume of orders we receive for Christmas delivery we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates between the 10th and the 24th of December. Orders requested for Christmas delivery are held until the second week in December when we begin sending out the long-life hampers. Fresh flowers, ham and hampers with perishable goods, such as smoked salmon, are sent in the week leading up to Christmas, so bear in mind that if two or more gifts are ordered they could arrive on separate days.
Deliveries within the U.K.…All prices include U.K. delivery. Hamper orders are sent via DHL courier and Flower orders are sent via overnight Royal Mail. In the case of the deliveries made by DHL they will make two attempted deliveries and then leave a card with a telephone number for the local depot. Deliveries generally occur during daytime hours between Monday to Friday. If your recipient is unlikely to be home during this time we strongly suggest you consider having the parcel sent to their work address.

Descriptions & Photography…The description “hamper” is used in a general sense. Descriptions and packaging are shown for most gifts. Wine vintages may change throughout the year. While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, we reserve the right to substitute items of similar or greater value if for any reason those stated are unavailable. Plates, glasses, vases and other props are not included unless stated in the description.
Replacement Policy…We want you and your gift recipient to be happy. In the unlikely event that your gift package arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition we will replace either the damaged or unsatisfactory items at our expense.
Return/Refund Policy…Given the nature of food items no returns can be accepted. Refunds are only available for orders that are cancelled 7 business days in advance of the scheduled delivery date.
