  • Are the prices fully inclusive? Yes!  There are absolutely no additional charges for shipping, handling, taxes and duties.

 

 

  • Where are the gifts/flowers shipped from?  The gifts are shipped from our Oxford, U.K. warehouse and the flower orders come from our greenhouse in the Channel Islands.

 

  • How long does it take to have an order processed and delivered? In general it takes 48 hours during the work week. Orders received before 7:00 am E.S.T., however, can be delivered the following day.

 

  • How are the deliveries made? With the exception of the Flowers and item FL11 (Flowers and Chocolates) which are sent by next day Royal Mail, all our deliveries are made by DHL or their local subsidiaries. If there is no one there to receive the parcel then DHL will try and leave it with a neighbour or if they see a safe place to leave it they will. Failing a signed for delivery DHL will leave a card advising the named recipient with contact information on how they can receive their parcel. After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts additional charges may apply.

 

  • Can I send gifts to the Continental Europe, the Republic of Ireland, and the Channel Islands? Most certainly yes, however additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us at info@Gifts-to-Britain.com or 866-926-9100 for more details.

 

  • When are Christmas Orders Delivered? Orders for Christmas delivery are held until the second week in December when we begin sending out the long-life hampers. Fresh flowers, ham and hampers with perishable goods such as smoked salmon are sent out in the week leading up to Christmas. As a result it is possible that a recipient who is scheduled to receive more than one gift might receive them on separate days.

 

  • What if there is a problem about delivery or damage? Should there be a problem of any nature with your order please contact us at info@Gifts-to-Britain.com or 866-926-9100 and we will make sure it is rectified.
