  • Are the prices fully inclusive? Yes!  There are absolutely no additional charges for shipping, handling, taxes and duties.

 

 

  • Where are the gifts/flowers shipped from?  The gifts are shipped from our Oxford, U.K. warehouse and the flower orders come from our greenhouse in the Channel Islands.

 

  • How long does it take to have an order processed and delivered? In general it takes 48 hours during the work week. Orders received before 7:00 am E.S.T., however, can be delivered the following day.

 

  • Can I send gifts to the Continental Europe, the Republic of Ireland, and the Channel Islands? Most certainly yes, however additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact us at info@Gifts-to-Britain.com or 800-661-3552 for more details.

 

  • When are Christmas Orders Delivered? Orders for Christmas delivery are held until the second week in December when we begin sending out the long-life hampers. Fresh flowers, ham and hampers with perishable goods such as smoked salmon are sent out in the week leading up to Christmas. As a result it is possible that a recipient who is scheduled to receive more than one gift might receive them on separate days.

 

  • What if there is a problem about delivery or damage? Should there be a problem of any nature with your order please contact us at info@Gifts-to-Britain.com or 800-661-3552 and we will make sure it is rectified.
